Our Case Managers and Coordinators possess qualifications and experience that ensures the best quality care for older people, people with a disability, people with a mental illness, people with dementia and their carers.
ALO staff work across programs, with a range of specific skills and areas of expertise. We employ staff with qualifications in a range of allied health, community and public health qualifications, including nursing, teaching, mental health and disability to name a few!
Michelle Graves - Lifestyle Services Team Leader
Michelle has worked in the community sector for the past 22 years. 15 of them being with ECO and now ALO. Michelle has qualifications in community services (case management), disability and education and has extensive knowledge of the local area and the services available.
Michelle is passionate about upholding the rights of every individual, looking outside the square, listening and advocating for what a person wants and working with them to make it happen.

Erin Trevor-Jones – Holistic Services Team Leader
Erin joined the ALO team (then ECO) in 2011, after graduating with a Bachelor of Social Science (Criminal Justice). She has worked across multiple programs since commencing at ALO, including ComPacks, Respite and Intake. Erin also manages individual’s packages under the Community Support Program. She enjoys learning and taking on new challenges. Erin has recently been appointed the Holistic Services Team Leader. Erin is passionate about promoting equality for all and strongly believes in the importance of giving disadvantaged members of the community as many opportunities as possible.
Jenny Sparrow – ComPacks Case Manager
Jenny has a Case Management Diploma and a nursing background. She has worked in the community care sector for the past 10 years as a support worker with Paraquad NSW and Evans Community Options (ECO), then a Coordinator with the Respite Program at ECO, and is now a Case Manager with Accessible Living Options. She enjoys working with people who have a disability, the frail aged and their carers/families in assisting them to achieve their goals in ways that they choose, to fulfil their lives.
Kate Woods - Case Manager
Kate joined Accessible Living Options in 2016. She graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), with her minor in Welfare. Kate is currently studying separate certificates in Case Management Specialisation, Disability Behaviour and Identification and Responding to Children/Young People at Risk. Kate’s background is heavily theoretical, with emphasis on psycho-social theories, highlighting a more holistic approach to participant enablement. Kate believes that equality is everyone’s right, and thoroughly enjoys being able to provide disadvantaged community members with a holistic service, empowering them to achieve their own goals and enhancing their quality of life. Kate works closely with the experienced Case Management team at Accessible Living Options, ensuring that every avenue is explored to provide participants with every appropriate service available to them.
Denise Simpson – Social Support Coordinator
Denise joined ALO (then ECO) in 2010 as a ComPacks Case Manager. She then gained the position of Social Support Coordinator in 2012 which she believes is an extremely rewarding role. She is passionate in ensuring the frail aged and people with disabilities are treated fairly and are encouraged to enjoy their lives to the best of their ability.
Denise feels she is extremely lucky to have a truly inspiring team of volunteers who give so much of themselves without question working with her in Neighbour Aid Program. Denise particularly enjoys the comradeship and support her fellow workers at ALO provide on a daily basis.
Emma Smith - Respite and Community Support Program Coordinator and Intake Officer (on Maternity Leave)
Emma joined ALO (which was then ECO) back in 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management and Majored in Marketing. Emma has also completed a diploma in Community Welfare and a Diploma in Case Management. Emma works across a number of programs including Case Management, Respite, Active Ageing and Intake.
Emma is passionate about working towards individuals goals and looking holistically at what someone wants and needs in their life. She has a “can do” attitude and has a relaxed manner that ensures that people can relate easily to her and immediately feel comfortable with her.
